Works well! You have to add your main editor to the list of alternative editors (which seems a bit odd), but once done, the system works well. Exercises the little finger as well.

(BTW, what has happened to smileys? On my system they have all been replaced by words, even the ones just above this edit box. Or is it just me?)

The Edit With list is meant to be a list of alternative editors, which is why the default editor isn't listed. The default editor has a keyboard shortcut all of its own. In any case, great to hear it's working well for you!

The smileys seem to work fine for me...  Smiley Wink Cheesy Grin Shocked Embarrassed   .... anybody else have a problem?

Yes, that's true. Thanks.

Still no smileys. Is it my settings? I can't see any settings that are relevant, except that below under "additional options" as I write this: but the "don't use smileys" is not selected.

Odd. Maybe Something Bad™ is cached in your browser? If you're using Safari, select 'Empty Cache' from the Safari menu, quit Safari and restart it. Other browsers have similar options.

Ah! Problem solved. Smileys are back. It was Firefox: About a week ago I (yes, my fault!) had turned on "Load images, for the originating website only" in order to cut down on advertising content. I see that the smileys come from www.yummyftp.com rather than www.yummysoftware.com, hence the non-load.

Thanks anyway. Sorry about the off-topic. Cheers.

Ah... ok now I understand. I'll see if I can fix that up on my end. Thanks for the info!
